If they indicate a host name then the easiest way to solve this without disruption is to create and test a new license server, and then when you are ready to switch over, update the DNS server so that the old name is associated with the new address. FlexLM licenses are typically checked out for a time period so that if the program or system doing the checking out crashes then the license manager can release the license by way of timeout.
